Qualifications/Experience Sought:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience in a K-12 school setting highly preferred
  • Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies for children and adolescents
  • Comfortable conducting functional behavior assessments and creating individualized intervention plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to provide training and guidance to school staff and parents

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ behavioral needs and develop targeted intervention plans
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support for students and staff within the school environment
  • Monitor progress, collect and analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Provide training to educators and caregivers on behavioral interventions and ABA principles
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall positive climate of the school community
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure compliance with school policies and state regulations
