Desired Skills and Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• In-depth understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to develop, monitor, and adjust individualized intervention plans
• Credentialing and licensure for Indiana, or eligibility to obtain
