Desired Skills and Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- In-depth understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to develop, monitor, and adjust individualized intervention plans
- Credentialing and licensure for Indiana, or eligibility to obtain
