Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
• Hold applicable licenses and certifications
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Skilled in collaborative, team-oriented environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students in elementary, middle, and high schools
• Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to support student growth and success
• Offer expert consultation and coaching for teachers, paraprofessionals, and school-based teams
• Monitor student progress, perform data analysis, and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Collaborate actively with IEP teams and participate in meetings to develop the best supports for students
