Desired Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- State licensure, where applicable for practice
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
- Proficiency in collaborating across multiple teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to clearly determine student needs
- Develop, implement, and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that are tailored and data-driven
- Provide consultation and on-the-ground coaching support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and teams within the school
- Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis, ensuring proper documentation and reporting
- Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review student plans
