Licensed Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Columbia, SC

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• State licensure, where applicable for practice
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
• Proficiency in collaborating across multiple teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to clearly determine student needs
• Develop, implement, and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that are tailored and data-driven
• Provide consultation and on-the-ground coaching support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and teams within the school
• Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis, ensuring proper documentation and reporting
• Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review student plans
