Licensed Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Columbia, SC

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Licensed or certified for school-based practice
• Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, or high school settings
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and documentation

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
• Develop and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Offer consultation and coaching for teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary school teams
• Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate regularly with IEP teams and participate in meetings as required
• Adapt to caseload variations reflecting different district requirements
