Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification required

• Experience in elementary, middle, or high school settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Create and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and consultation to educators and support staff
• Monitor progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough documentation for each student
• Collaborate closely with IEP teams, attending meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary support plans
