Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Current licensure as a Behavior Analyst
- Proven experience working in school environments, specifically with elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, families, and support staff
- Excellent skills in assessment, data analysis, and communication
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments to identify student needs and develop effective strategies
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide ongoing training and consultation for teachers and staff to support student behavior
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations for behavioral supports
- Maintain accurate documentation and data collection relevant to student progress and plan effectiveness
- Adapt behavioral interventions to diverse learning environments and age groups within the school system
