Certified Middle School Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Commerce City, CO

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Current licensure as a Behavior Analyst
• Proven experience working in school environments, specifically with elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, families, and support staff
• Excellent skills in assessment, data analysis, and communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments to identify student needs and develop effective strategies
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide ongoing training and consultation for teachers and staff to support student behavior
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations for behavioral supports
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection relevant to student progress and plan effectiveness
• Adapt behavioral interventions to diverse learning environments and age groups within the school system
