Certified Middle School Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Commerce City, CO

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Active and valid applicable state licensure
• Experience working with students in elementary, middle, or high school settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
• Demonstrated collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses for students
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior support plans
• Train, coach, and collaborate with teachers and staff regarding behavioral strategies
• Collect and interpret data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Regularly communicate with families regarding student goals, interventions, and progress
