What We’re Looking For:

• Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Current state licensure required for practice
• Certification applicable to school settings
• Experience in school-based or pediatric roles preferred
• Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with teachers, paraprofessionals, students, and families
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in documentation

Your Role Will Include:

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to inform interventions
• Designing and implementing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Providing ongoing consultation and coaching for educators and paraprofessionals to foster inclusive classroom environments
• Progress monitoring, data collection, and analysis to inform decision-making
• Managing thorough documentation and reporting for student progress
• Attending and collaborating with IEP teams, contributing to meetings, and providing expert recommendations

Position Details:

• Full-time, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week
