Certified High School Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Concord, NC

What We’re Looking For:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• State licensure, as required
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
• Develop and oversee evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Offer training, consultation, and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff
• Monitor student progress through data collection and rigorous documentation
• Work closely with IEP teams, contributing clinical insight and participating actively in meetings
