What We’re Looking For:
- Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- State licensure, as required
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Clear, proactive communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
- Develop and oversee evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Offer training, consultation, and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff
- Monitor student progress through data collection and rigorous documentation
- Work closely with IEP teams, contributing clinical insight and participating actively in meetings
