A full-time position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support school-based behavioral services in Concord, NC. This role is ideal for a certified professional experienced in working with elementary, middle, and high school populations. The position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to students’ educational success through applied behavior analysis within a collaborative school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams to support behavior goals
- Monitor student progress, analyze data, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and actively participate in team meetings
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with educational staff and families
- Ability to manage a caseload that varies according to district needs
Schedule and Setting:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
