Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience working with school-aged populations preferred
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based intervention strategies
• Skilled at developing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective team consultation and training
• Ability to adapt techniques and approaches to individual student needs
• Effective record-keeping and report-writing abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess students using FBAs and collaborate to develop data-driven BIPs
• Provide direct and consultative behavior analytic support to teachers and staff
• Guide the implementation of behavior intervention strategies in classrooms and across settings
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing interventions
• Deliver staff training and support in best ABA practices
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and school personnel
