Qualifications and Experience:

• Current BCBA certification and applicable state licensure
• Experience working within elementary, middle, or high school settings

• Effective communication skills for sharing strategies with staff, families, and students
• Flexibility to adapt interventions to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret assessment data
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students across grade levels
• Deliver training and ongoing support to school staff and families regarding behavioral strategies
• Observe students, collect data, and adjust approaches to maximize effectiveness
• Partner with teachers, counselors, and administrators to promote positive behavior systems school-wide
• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and documentation requirements
