Desired Qualifications: • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Valid state licensure for Behavior Analysis in the school setting
• Experience supporting students at the elementary, middle, and/or high school levels
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment tools and data-driven decision making
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to design and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct functional behavior assessments and summarize findings for staff and guardians
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, administrators, and families to promote consistency across settings
• Conduct professional development sessions and ongoing training for educators and paraprofessionals
• Provide direct support or consultation to help address student behavior and encourage positive outcomes
• Collect progress data, analyze trends, and adjust interventions to maximize student success
