Qualifications & Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Active state licensure as a Behavior Analyst
• Proven experience implementing applied behavior analysis in school settings
• Expertise working with elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Strong knowledge of functional behavioral assessments and intervention plans
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with educators, administrators, support staff, and families
• Knowledge of developing and delivering staff training and professional development sessions

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Conduct ongoing functional behavioral assessments for students
• Provide consultation and direct support to classroom teachers and school teams
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Offer training, support, and coaching for staff to promote the use of evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address students’ behavioral and educational needs
• Prepare clear, timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
