Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Copperopolis, California

Embark on a rewarding contract assignment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, providing specialized support to students and staff. Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Previous experience in a school-based environment strongly preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff, families, and other professionals
• Ability to maintain thorough documentation and monitor student progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized behavioral interventions for students, adapting plans as needed in response to data
• Train, support, and collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to ensure consistency and efficacy of interventions
• Collect and analyze behavioral data, reporting findings and recommendations to appropriate stakeholders
• Attend scheduled meetings and participate in multidisciplinary teams to coordinate student care
• Ensure all behavioral strategies are compliant with current standards and regulations
