Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Valid (or eligible) state licensure in behavior analysis
  • Previous experience providing ABA services in school settings preferred
  • Ability to conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, etc.) and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify needs and track progress
  • Provide direct support and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff
  • Collect and analyze data to inform program adjustment and student progress
  • Collaborate with other service providers and participate in IEP meetings
  • Offer training workshops and consultation for school staff as needed
