Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Valid (or eligible) state licensure in behavior analysis
- Previous experience providing ABA services in school settings preferred
- Ability to conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, etc.) and develop behavior intervention plans
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify needs and track progress
- Provide direct support and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff
- Collect and analyze data to inform program adjustment and student progress
- Collaborate with other service providers and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer training workshops and consultation for school staff as needed
