Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, current and in good standing
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience is highly valued
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities across multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and functional behavior analyses to gain insight into student needs
  • Develop and oversee behavior intervention and treatment plans tailored to individual goals
  • Train and support school staff, teachers, and paraprofessionals on behavior strategies and program implementation
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decision-making and adjust interventions as needed
  • Serve as a resource for families and educators, providing consultation and advocacy
  • Collaborate with IEP teams to ensure behavioral goals are integrated and aligned with each student’s plan
