Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Current certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Previous experience providing behavioral services in school or pediatric settings
• Strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to manage caseloads and maintain detailed records
• Passion for helping students of diverse backgrounds and needs succeed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and comprehensive behavior evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, families, and support staff to create positive, consistent strategies
• Deliver direct services and staff training to support students’ behavioral goals
• Maintain accurate progress notes and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
• Provide on-going consultation and professional guidance to ensure best practices are met
