Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Corona, CA

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working within school settings preferred
• Ability to work effectively across various campus locations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to evidence-based behavioral interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students across the district
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and supports
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze student data
• Train and support staff in effective application of behavioral strategies
• Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with district policies
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and educational teams
