Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience working within school settings preferred
- Ability to work effectively across various campus locations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to evidence-based behavioral interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students across the district
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and supports
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze student data
- Train and support staff in effective application of behavioral strategies
- Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with district policies
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and educational teams
