Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Corrales, New Mexico

This contract opportunity is open to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) who have a strong background in developing and implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs), Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and contributing to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). This full-time role begins as soon as possible and runs through the end of the school year.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Demonstrated experience working in K-12 educational environments
• Familiarity with the development and oversight of BIPs, FBAs, and collaboration on IEP teams
• Ability to analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions accordingly
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach to support diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students referred for behavioral supports
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with IEP teams to tailor supports and goals based on individual student needs
• Provide coaching, modeling, and guidance to teaching staff and support personnel
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to drive decision-making and program adjustments
• Support and train families and school staff on behavior strategies and best practices
