Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Corrales, New Mexico

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of K-12 students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a full-time contract basis for the remainder of the school year. Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, current and in good standing
• Previous experience in a school-based K-12 environment preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of developing, implementing, and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Demonstrated proficiency in contributing to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and effectively
• Enthusiasm for supporting students across diverse needs and backgrounds

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and revise individualized BIPs for students
• Conduct FBAs to identify target behaviors and design appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure continuity of care
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress for IEP meetings
• Provide training and support to school staff regarding behavioral strategies
• Comply with all federal, state, and district regulations and policies
• Foster a supportive and inclusive educational environment
• Respond promptly to behavioral crises and provide guidance as needed
