Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings (preferred)
  • Valid state licensure (if applicable)
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Proficiency in consultation, coaching, and team-based problem-solving

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify students’ unique needs
  • Develop and implement tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide ongoing consultation, training, and coaching for teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
  • Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral and performance data, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Serve as an active member of IEP teams, contributing insights at meetings and supporting student-centered interventions
