Seeking a dedicated professional to provide behavioral support across a K-12 school environment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This contract opportunity involves serving as a district float, allowing for a dynamic, varied experience assisting diverse student populations. Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification as a BCBA required
  • Previous experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of behavior intervention plans and assessments
  • Ability to adapt to diverse school environments and caseloads
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students across multiple schools as needed
  • Provide direct and consultative support to teachers and school staff
  • Analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust plans accordingly
  • Deliver staff training on behavioral strategies and implementation
  • Support district initiatives by rotating between school sites, responding to areas of greatest need
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and support for students
