Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in educational or pediatric settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Ability to travel between multiple school sites as needed
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and adaptability
• Previous experience as a “float” or in multi-site roles is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and develop effective, individualized behavior intervention plans
• Support teachers and staff by modeling interventions, providing training, and ensuring fidelity of behavior plans
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to continually assess student progress and make informed recommendations
• Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings and team consultations
• Serve as a resource across various classrooms and programs, adapting to the evolving needs of students
