Elementary Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Cottage Grove, Oregon

This full-time, school-based contract role offers the opportunity to utilize your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in elementary, middle, and high school environments. You’ll be an integral partner with teachers, school staff, and families to foster success for students across varying age groups and abilities.

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) is required
• Valid state license as applicable
• Demonstrated experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
• Confidence in working with diverse student populations across elementary, middle, and high school
• Strong collaborative, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students needing behavioral support
• Design and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), tailored to individual student needs
• Provide ongoing consultation and coaching for teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school professionals
• Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate actively with IEP teams and participate in meetings to discuss plans and student outcomes
