What We’re Looking For:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Licensed, with applicable state credentials
  • Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is a plus
  • Strong skills in communication, consultation, and effective teamwork
  • Ability to adapt strategies for students in diverse grade levels (elementary, middle, and high school)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide hands-on consultation, coaching, and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
  • Monitor progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Collaborate closely with IEP teams and participate in meetings to develop student-centered plans
