Key Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong skills in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborative and effective communication abilities with staff, teachers, and other professionals
- Ability to adapt strategies to meet the needs of individual students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision for a team of three RBTs, guiding effective practice and professional development
- Assist in the creation, modification, and monitoring of student behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to develop proactive strategies and support generalization of behavioral interventions
- Monitor data collection and interpret results to inform ongoing interventions and achieve student goals
- Participate in team meetings, providing expertise and recommendations as needed throughout the school year
- Remain current with best practices in behavioral analysis and educational intervention
