Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Current Rhode Island Licensed Behavior Analyst (RI LBA) license necessary
- Experience in providing behavioral supervision in educational settings is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Proficiency with virtual supervision platforms and best practices
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver virtual supervision and oversight to paraprofessionals or behavior support teams working with students in a school environment
- Review data, consult on interventions, and provide feedback to ensure evidence-based strategies are implemented
- Complete supervision notes and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with professional guidelines
- Collaborate with school staff to support students’ behavioral and academic success
- Maintain consistent, professional communication while meeting the 2-hour weekly commitment
