Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must hold BCBA certification and an active Rhode Island Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
  • Prior experience providing supervision within educational or clinical settings, especially in a virtual format, is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and organizational skills for coordinating virtual supervision
  • Confidence in maintaining documentation and compliance with state and school guidelines
  • Committed to professional ethics and student-centered support

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver structured supervision services virtually for approximately 2 hours per week or 8 hours per month
  • Oversee behavioral programming and staff implementation, ensuring effective strategies and support
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with school staff and relevant stakeholders
  • Document supervision activities and report on student progress as required by the district
  • Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all applicable regulations and best practices
