Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Current Rhode Island Licensed Behavior Analyst (RI LBA) license necessary
• Experience in providing behavioral supervision in educational settings is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver virtual supervision and oversight to paraprofessionals or behavior support teams working with students in a school environment

• Complete supervision notes and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with professional guidelines
• Collaborate with school staff to support students’ behavioral and academic success
