Elementary Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Crescent City, California

As an itinerant practitioner, you’ll split your time between three school sites, primarily serving elementary-aged students, with the chance to work alongside teachers in both middle and high schools. Your expertise will be valued as you assess student needs and implement effective behavioral strategies.

Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Valid Oregon Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
• Experience working in elementary school settings is highly preferred
• Strong skills in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing and overseeing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proven ability to work independently and travel between multiple school locations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct FBAs across diverse elementary student populations
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective BIPs
• Travel between three school sites to provide behavioral support
• Consult and collaborate with teachers in both middle and high schools to support student success
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in accordance with district and legal requirements
• Offer training and guidance to school staff to foster positive behavioral environments
