This full-time position provides the opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a lasting impact working on-site with a diverse student population, including those requiring both standard and intensive behavioral interventions.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to provide specialized support to approximately 50–75 students, including 8–15 intensive cases. Your expertise will be instrumental in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), developing tailored behavior intervention plans, and promoting positive student outcomes across various grade levels.

What You'll Bring:

  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Experience conducting FBAs and developing intervention strategies for students exhibiting challenging behaviors
  • Ability to work full-time on-site, 8 AM – 4 PM
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

What You'll Do:

  • Perform FBAs and develop data-driven intervention plans for individual students
  • Provide direct behavior support services to students in K-12, adapting strategies based on grade level needs
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain detailed documentation and uphold compliance with state and federal guidelines
