Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Crowley, Texas

In this full-time onsite role, you’ll collaborate with educators and staff to drive positive change and foster inclusive learning environments.

Your day will be dynamic as you provide direct support and interventions for a caseload of 50–75 students, including approximately 8–15 cases requiring intensive behavior strategies. You’ll complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), develop positive behavior intervention plans, and equip school teams with actionable strategies for success.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Demonstrated experience providing behavioral supports in educational or pediatric settings
• Strong ability to assess, design, and implement behavior intervention plans
• Skill in consultation, collaboration, and training with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, documentation, and data analysis skills
• Adaptability across all K–12 grade levels

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive FBAs to determine students’ needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans
• Work closely with teachers and staff to provide consultation, coaching, and support
• Collaborate with families as part of the problem-solving team
• Collect and analyze data to inform ongoing interventions
• Participate in team meetings, maintain timely documentation, and adhere to ethical and legal standards

This contract position runs from August 2026 through June 2027 with the school day hours of 8 AM–4 PM, offering the chance to build meaningful relationships and see the impact of your work through the school year.
