Qualifications:

  • Valid BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with full-time, onsite travel commitment (8 AM - 4 PM, M-F)
  • Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 50–75 students (including 8–15 intensive cases)
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior analytic services to K-12 students across varying needs
  • Conduct FBAs for students requiring intensive intervention
  • Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educational teams, families, and support staff
  • Model best practices in data collection and reporting
