Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Experience supporting K–12 students preferred
  • Proficiency conducting FBAs and designing behavior intervention plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to high professional standards and student-centered interventions

Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior support for a caseload of approximately 50–75 students, with 8–15 intensive cases
  • Conduct FBAs and develop individualized intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families
  • Maintain detailed documentation according to best practices
  • Deliver ongoing progress monitoring and make data-driven recommendations
