Qualifications:
- Valid BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

- Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Ability to manage a caseload of 50–75 students (including 8–15 intensive cases)
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide behavior analytic services to K-12 students across varying needs
- Conduct FBAs for students requiring intensive intervention
- Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with educational teams, families, and support staff
- Model best practices in data collection and reporting
