Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Dadeville, AL

Step into an impactful role supporting students in a K-12 setting with a primary focus on elementary-aged learners for the upcoming school year. This contract opportunity is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who excels in providing behavioral support and collaborating with educational staff. You’ll work on-site 2-3 days per week with the possibility of extending to full-time depending on interests and needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid BCBA certification
• Experience with school-based behavioral services, especially elementary students
• Familiarity with conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing/managing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to travel between school sites as needed

Responsibilities:

• Conduct FBAs and develop effective BIPs tailored to individual student needs
• Oversee the implementation of behavioral services and monitor progress
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to educational staff and families
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster positive student outcomes
• Offer staff training and professional development as needed
