This contract opportunity is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who excels in providing behavioral support and collaborating with educational staff. You’ll work on-site 2-3 days per week with the possibility of extending to full-time depending on interests and needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid BCBA certification
- Experience with school-based behavioral services, especially elementary students
- Familiarity with conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing/managing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to travel between school sites as needed
Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs and develop effective BIPs tailored to individual student needs
- Oversee the implementation of behavioral services and monitor progress
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to educational staff and families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster positive student outcomes
- Offer staff training and professional development as needed
