Two temporary openings are available for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to offer their expertise on-site during maternity leave coverage. This contract position runs from August 5, 2026, through November 20, 2026, for 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Valid credential authorizing BCBA practice in California
  • Demonstrated experience supporting students in an educational environment
  • Strong skills in assessment, data analysis, and the development of effective behavior intervention plans
  • High level of professionalism, collaboration, and adaptability
  • Prior experience working on-site with school teams preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments for students across assigned caseloads
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on behavior supports and best practices
  • Maintain accurate records, progress monitoring, and timely documentation to meet compliance standards
  • Support the school community in fostering a positive and inclusive environment
