Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Valid California credential authorizing BCBA practice in schools
• Experience working in educational environments preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans
• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and create reports
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Train school personnel in applying behavioral strategies
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Support compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
• Maintain clear and timely documentation

Role Details:

• Contract duration from August 5, 2026, to November 20, 2026
• Full-time schedule at 37.5 hours per week
