Two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are needed to fill temporary, maternity leave coverage positions with an anticipated start in early August 2026. Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Possess a valid California credential with BCBA authorization.
- Experience working in K-12 school settings strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills for effective team interactions.
- Ability to assess, create, and adjust behavior intervention plans as needed.
- Adept at providing staff training and ongoing behavioral consultation.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct support and consultation to school staff regarding behavioral interventions.
- Assess student needs and develop, monitor, and refine individualized behavior plans.
- Lead or participate in IEP meetings relevant to behavior goals and progress.
- Maintain documentation and progress notes in accordance with school and district standards.
- Provide staff training as needed on behavioral best practices and data collection techniques.
