Key Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with school settings and IEP processes is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, staff, and parents
  • Ability to provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavioral interventions

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and interpret data to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to tailor strategies that best meet student needs
  • Provide one-on-one and group behavioral support to students in educational settings
  • Train teachers, aides, and other school staff in applying behavioral techniques and interventions
  • Consult regularly with families to ensure consistency in interventions across home and school environments
  • Maintain thorough documentation and prepare progress reports
