Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time School-Based Position

Near: Putnam, CT

Job Type: Contract, Full-Time

Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to support students across a K–12 caseload in an itinerant school-based role. Requirements:

Active BCBA certification required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and supervising RBTs preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to travel between assigned school sites
Onsite

Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
Provide training and support to paraprofessionals, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and school staff
Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Develop and monitor behavior intervention strategies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success

Interview Process:

(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
(20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school district
Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
