2nd Grade 11th Grade Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Decatur, Georgia

Step into a rewarding role supporting students from 1st through 12th grade as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Preferred Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Previous experience supporting students in elementary, middle, or high school settings
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and data collection
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt strategies to a variety of grade levels (1st–3rd, 10th–12th)
• Familiarity with best practices in special education and behavioral health

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments for students across a range of grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to teachers, staff, and families
• Track and document student progress using evidence-based methods
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral expertise
• Deliver professional development and training on effective behavioral strategies
• Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment for all students
