Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Experience working with students in elementary and high school grades (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 10th, 11th, 12th)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for referred students

  • Provide direct support and coaching to staff in implementing behavior strategies
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate student progress and program effectiveness
  • Facilitate collaboration meetings with educational teams and families
