Preferred Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Previous experience supporting students in elementary, middle, or high school settings
- Strong understanding of behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and data collection
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt strategies to a variety of grade levels (1st–3rd, 10th–12th)
- Familiarity with best practices in special education and behavioral health
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments for students across a range of grade levels
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to teachers, staff, and families
- Track and document student progress using evidence-based methods
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral expertise
- Deliver professional development and training on effective behavioral strategies
- Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment for all students
