What You’ll Need:
- National Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential from BACB
- Experience working in a school environment is highly valued
- Flexibility to move between different school sites within the district
- Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, support staff, students, and families
- Timely availability to start following completion of onboarding requirements, including fingerprinting and registry list screening
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement behavior support strategies that improve student outcomes
- Monitor and adjust behavior intervention plans as necessary based on data collection and analysis
- Provide professional development and training to staff on behavioral best practices
- Serve as a valuable resource for crisis management and proactive behavior strategies across multiple campuses
