High School Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Denver, Colorado

Desired Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification
• Active state licensure for practicing as a behavior analyst
• Experience providing behavioral intervention services within school settings
• Background working with elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving abilities
• Capacity to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team 
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple student caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for students
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based evaluations
• Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistency in strategies
• Provide training, coaching, and support to educators and paraprofessionals
• Document student progress and update plans as necessary for compliance and effectiveness
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering data-driven recommendations
• Foster inclusive learning environments that prioritize student growth and safety
