Elementary High School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Denver, Colorado

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification and relevant licensure
• Experience working within school settings (elementary, middle, and/or high school)
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, teachers, and parents
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs
• Design and oversee effective behavior intervention plans
• Train and support teachers and staff on behavior strategies and interventions
• Monitor student progress, collect/interpret data, and recommend adjustments
• Provide direct services to students and assist with crisis interventions as needed
• Document services and progress in accordance with school policies
• Serve as a resource for behavioral best practices campus-wide
