Middle School Elementary Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Denver, CO

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Valid and current licensure to practice as a BCBA
• Previous experience in school-based settings, ideally spanning elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Proven ability to implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Organized, resourceful, and dedicated to student achievement

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administrators to address a variety of student needs
• Provide guidance and professional development to staff regarding effective behavioral strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and feedback
• Facilitate meetings and communicate recommendations to families with care and clarity
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district requirements related to behavioral services
