Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification and applicable state licensure

- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Commitment to ethical guidelines in assessments and interventions

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop evidence-based behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative support to students, teachers, and staff
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed for positive student outcomes
- Lead and participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Deliver staff training and guidance related to behavior management strategies
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track student progress and program effectiveness
