Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification and applicable state licensure
• Previous experience serving in K-12 school environments (elementary, middle, and high school settings)
• Strong foundation in functional behavior assessments and intervention planning
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Commitment to ethical guidelines in assessments and interventions
• Adaptable to dynamic school environments and differing student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop evidence-based behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct and consultative support to students, teachers, and staff
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed for positive student outcomes
• Lead and participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Deliver staff training and guidance related to behavior management strategies
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track student progress and program effectiveness
