Key Skills & Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Previous experience working in a school environment is a must
- Proven ability to supervise and lead teams, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Commitment to ethical, family-centered behavioral support practices
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor two RBTs within the school district
- Provide direct behavioral supports and consultation for elementary students
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and other service providers
- Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as necessary to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and communicate findings to staff and families
