Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Demonstrated skills in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavioral intervention plans
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct and oversee assessments for students referred for behavioral support
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans
  • Train school teams and paraprofessionals in evidence-based strategies
  • Analyze data to measure progress and adjust approaches as needed
  • Participate in student support meetings, IEP processes, and consultations
  • Serve as a resource on all matters relating to behavior analysis in the academic environment
