Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification and current professional license required
• Previous experience working within school settings—elementary, middle, or high school preferred
• Familiarity with developing Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to provide direct and consultative services to staff and students
• Flexibility and adaptability for dynamic educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments for students referred by school staff
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring effective Behavior Intervention Plans
• Training and supporting educators and support staff in the implementation of behavioral strategies
• Collecting and interpreting data to guide intervention modifications and track student progress
• Participating in IEP meetings and collaborative planning with educators and families
• Consulting on classroom management and positive behavior supports across multiple grade levels
