Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals
• Organizational skills for documentation, data tracking, and plan implementation

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted intervention plans
• Collaborate with school teams and families to implement Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
• Monitor student progress, collecting data and refining strategies as needed
• Coach and train school staff in behavior management techniques and best practices
• Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting for students
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain thorough documentation
