This contract opportunity allows you to work collaboratively with dedicated educators and administrators, serving a diverse group of students ranging from elementary to high school.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing is required
  • Valid state licensure to practice as a BCBA
  • Demonstrated experience supporting students within K-12 school settings (elementary, middle, and high school)
  • Strong ability to communicate with students, staff, and families
  • Experience developing, monitoring, and adjusting behavior intervention plans
  • Commitment to evidence-based approaches and individualized student support

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments for students across grade levels
  • Develop, implement, and review data-driven behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, related service providers, and school leadership to foster positive student outcomes
  • Provide training, consultation, and coaching to school staff and families to support implementation of best practices
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data, making recommendations as needed
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide progress reports
  • Support inclusive practices ensuring all students have access to learning opportunities
