Desired Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience providing ABA services in schools or similar settings preferred
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborative approach to working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Detail-oriented with strong data collection and analysis abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide training and ongoing support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
- Collaborate with school staff and related service providers to integrate ABA strategies across settings
- Analyze student progress data and adjust programs as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
- Promote positive, proactive school behavioral supports
