Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric environments preferred
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and gather data to inform interventions
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention and support plans for students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, school staff, and families to deliver comprehensive services
• Provide ongoing training, consultation, and support to classroom staff and other stakeholders
• Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and complete required documentation
• Facilitate crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies when necessary
• Maintain ethical standards and ensure adherence to confidentiality protocols
