Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience providing ABA services in schools or similar settings preferred
  • Strong communication and consultation skills
  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborative approach to working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong data collection and analysis abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments for students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide training and ongoing support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
  • Collaborate with school staff and related service providers to integrate ABA strategies across settings
  • Analyze student progress data and adjust programs as necessary
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
  • Promote positive, proactive school behavioral supports
