Key Qualifications:

  • Current, active BCBA certification
  • Demonstrated expertise supporting high school and transition-aged students (ages 26-27)
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with assistive technology
  • Proven background working with individuals with significant or complex needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to evidence-based interventions and ongoing professional development

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Oversee implementation of strategies, collaborating closely with classroom staff and related service providers
  • Use assistive technology and practical resources to optimize communication, learning, and independence for each student
  • Collect, interpret, and communicate student progress data for continuous improvement
  • Support staff training, model best practices, and provide ongoing consultation within the school
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere for all students
