Current openings include two full-time positions:
- One supporting high school and transition-aged students, engaging with complex needs and assistive technology. The workday is 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, ideal for someone who excels at innovative problem-solving and collaboration.
- The second opening is for another full-time BCBA beginning in Fall 2026.
Qualifications/Preferred Experience:
- Active BCBA certification
- Demonstrated experience in a school setting preferred
- Expertise with assistive technology and students with complex behavioral or educational needs (required for the high school/transition-aged role)
- Excellent communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families
- Positive, adaptive, and compassionate approach
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Train staff in behavioral strategies and data collection techniques
- Support students in building communication, social, and adaptive skills
- Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and compliance with state and district policies
