What will make you successful:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Demonstrated experience in educational settings with high school and transition-aged youth
- Proven ability working with assistive technology, developing tailored supports for students with multiple and complex needs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to design, implement, and evaluate data-driven behavior intervention plans
- Illinois PEL is not required for this role
Key responsibilities:
- Assess student needs and develop individualized behavior plans
- Implement and monitor interventions alongside school staff
- Train and support educators and paraprofessionals in effective behavior strategies
- Collaborate with families, administrators, and other service providers to ensure student progress
