What will make you successful:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Demonstrated experience in educational settings with high school and transition-aged youth
• Proven ability working with assistive technology, developing tailored supports for students with multiple and complex needs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to design, implement, and evaluate data-driven behavior intervention plans
• Illinois PEL is not required for this role

Key responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and develop individualized behavior plans
• Implement and monitor interventions alongside school staff
• Train and support educators and paraprofessionals in effective behavior strategies
• Collaborate with families, administrators, and other service providers to ensure student progress
