Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field and current BCBA certification required
  • Active Illinois BCBA license
  • Experience supporting children or youth with disabilities
  • Hands-on experience working with students on the autism spectrum preferred
  • Exceptional communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop targeted intervention plans for K–12 students
  • Provide direct support, coaching, and consultation to school staff and families
  • Collect and analyze behavior data, revising interventions as needed
  • Deliver staff training on effective behavioral strategies and programming
  • Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams, sharing actionable recommendations
  • Maintain all required records and reports in accordance with legal and ethical standards
