Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field and current BCBA certification required
- Active Illinois BCBA license
- Experience supporting children or youth with disabilities
- Hands-on experience working with students on the autism spectrum preferred
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop targeted intervention plans for K–12 students
- Provide direct support, coaching, and consultation to school staff and families
- Collect and analyze behavior data, revising interventions as needed
- Deliver staff training on effective behavioral strategies and programming
- Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams, sharing actionable recommendations
- Maintain all required records and reports in accordance with legal and ethical standards
