Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Dorchester, MA

Make a meaningful impact by supporting student growth and positive behavior at a welcoming elementary school setting. This contract opportunity calls for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who thrives in a collaborative, student-centered environment. You’ll work part-time—any two days per week during the regular school week—using your expertise to consult with staff and provide behavioral supports for students from Grades 2–8 for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year.

Your focus will be on consultation, behavioral intervention support, and regularly updating and assisting with the implementation of behavior plans. You’ll collaborate with dedicated classroom teachers, related service providers, and administrators to ensure the best possible outcomes for approximately 29 students, providing guidance for both elementary and middle school populations. What you bring:

• Active BCBA certification
• Passion for working in school environments (public school experience a plus)
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention strategies

What you'll do:

• Consult with teachers, staff, and students to assess behavioral needs
• Update and help implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Support and train classroom teams in positive behavioral strategies
• Collaborate with special education, administration, and multidisciplinary teams
