Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a rewarding contract position supporting a diverse group of elementary and middle school students. This opportunity offers a flexible, part-time schedule—select two days that work best for you between Monday and Friday—while making a lasting impact on students, staff, and your professional growth.
In this role, you’ll oversee a caseload of approximately 29 students, primarily providing consultation, behavioral interventions, and ongoing updates to behavior intervention plans. The assignment runs through the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year, giving you the chance to form meaningful connections and see real progress.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience in public school settings is highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to support students with behavioral needs using evidence-based strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Creative, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavioral consultation for classroom staff and students
- Update, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans in line with IEPs
- Partner with classroom teams to introduce interventions and effective behavioral support
- Collaborate with special education professionals and administrators to promote student success and positive learning environments
