Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Dorchester, Massachusetts

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary and middle school students in an engaging educational environment. This full-time position offers 35 hours per week, beginning as soon as possible and tentatively extending through June 15, 2027, with the potential for further extension if a permanent hire is not secured internally. You’ll work on-site and actively collaborate across Hemenway Elementary and Walsh Middle School, focusing on students in both substantially separate and inclusion settings.

Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with active Massachusetts credential
• Hands-on school-based experience required
• Ability to support, consult, and collaborate on IEP service delivery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork with educators and families
• Completion of CORI and fingerprinting (CORI to be done in person at the district main office)
• Passion for making a positive impact in educational settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver consultative and direct behavioral services in accordance with IEPs for elementary and middle school students
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies
• Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to school personnel
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress monitoring
• Uphold compliance with district policies and state regulations
