This full-time, contract opportunity runs from August 19, 2026, through June 11, 2027, and offers a meaningful role working on-site Monday through Friday.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Delaware BCBA licensure/certification is required
  • School-based BCBA experience preferred, especially supporting severe and autism populations, ages 2–22
  • Proficiency in Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Support Plans (BSP)
  • Solid experience in de-escalation and crisis support within educational environments
  • Must provide confirmation of active certification for consideration
  • Reliable transportation and commitment to in-person services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and create effective Behavior Support Plans (BSP) for students
  • Collaborate on behavior goals for IEPs, working closely with multidisciplinary teams
  • Support data collection and implementation of behavior analysis techniques school-wide
  • Provide timely behavioral interventions and coaching to staff, serving as an active crisis team member
  • Foster a positive school climate and build capacity among staff to support student success
