Step into an impactful role serving early childhood and elementary students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming academic year. This contract opportunity runs from August 20th to June 11th and offers the chance to make a difference with a manageable caseload of around 15 students in grades PK-5, working 37.5 hours per week.
Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience or strong interest in working in school-based settings
- Proficiency in conducting behavioral assessments and implementing behavior plans
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
- Familiarity with IEP and ESR processes encouraged
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments for students across early childhood and elementary grade levels
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans to address students’ unique needs
- Provide consultation, coaching, and support to teaching and support staff
- Actively participate in IEP and eligibility meetings, contributing to multidisciplinary planning
- Foster collaborative relationships with school teams and families to support positive behavioral, social, and academic outcomes
- Collect and analyze data to inform interventions and progress monitoring
- Serve as a resource for best practices in behavioral interventions within the school community
