Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Dover, DE

Step into an impactful role serving early childhood and elementary students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming academic year. This contract opportunity runs from August 20th to June 11th and offers the chance to make a difference with a manageable caseload of around 15 students in grades PK-5, working 37.5 hours per week.

Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience or strong interest in working in school-based settings
• Proficiency in conducting behavioral assessments and implementing behavior plans
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Familiarity with IEP and ESR processes encouraged

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments for students across early childhood and elementary grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans to address students’ unique needs
• Provide consultation, coaching, and support to teaching and support staff
• Actively participate in IEP and eligibility meetings, contributing to multidisciplinary planning
• Foster collaborative relationships with school teams and families to support positive behavioral, social, and academic outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to inform interventions and progress monitoring
• Serve as a resource for best practices in behavioral interventions within the school community
