Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Dover, DE

• Current and active DE BCBA licensure/certification
• Experience working with students with autism and significant disabilities is highly valued
• Strong skills in crisis management, de-escalation techniques, and collaboration
• Knowledge of conducting assessments and developing tailored interventions
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities

Key responsibilities:

• Participate on crisis intervention teams and support de-escalation in challenging situations
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) for students in need
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to IEP behavior goals
• Guide data collection to inform progress and effectiveness of interventions
• Provide coaching and support to educational staff, empowering them to reinforce positive behaviors
