In this role, you’ll conduct assessments, create and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and offer training and support to school staff. Your expertise will ensure students receive the compassionate and effective support they need to thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience providing ABA services in school settings is preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with developing and reviewing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Ability to support, coach, and train teachers and paraprofessionals
• Understanding of data collection and analysis for behavior programs
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for BCBA in Delaware

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data for individualized planning
