Qualifications & Skills:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Completion of required 8-hour supervision training
• Previous experience in schools or with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) is desirable
• Strong leadership in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for students

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee and mentor RBTs, providing ongoing support and supervision
• Develop and implement effective BIPs in collaboration with educational teams
