Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based Contract Opportunity
Soliant Health is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based contract assignment beginning ASAP and continuing through Christmas break. This position is available to provide coverage for a leave and offers the opportunity to work directly with students, educators, and members of the school-based support team.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, knowledgeable BCBA who is comfortable working in a school environment and partnering with teachers and Child Study Team members to support student success and implement effective behavioral strategies.
Position Details
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Setting: School-based
Contract Duration: ASAP through Christmas break
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: Full-time hours preferred; qualified part-time candidates may also be considered
Pay Rate: $65–$75 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Reason for Opening: Temporary leave coverage
Additional Opportunities: Other contract positions may be available for candidates interested in continuing beyond this assignment
Responsibilities
The BCBA will provide behavioral support within the school setting and collaborate with educational professionals to help meet students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Responsibilities may include:
Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
Conducting behavioral assessments and analyzing student data
Providing consultation and support to teachers and school staff
Collaborating with Child Study Team members and other members of the educational team
Monitoring student progress and making data-driven recommendations
Providing guidance and training related to behavioral strategies and interventions
Supporting consistent implementation of behavior plans across the school environment
Maintaining appropriate documentation and communication with the school team
Requirements
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Experience providing behavioral services in a school setting is strongly preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively with teachers, school staff, students, and multidisciplinary team members
Commitment to using ethical, evidence-based behavioral practices
