Key Qualifications:

  • Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Licensed to practice as required by state law
  • Experience working in school-based or pediatric environments highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) across multiple school levels
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to address student needs
  • Offer ongoing consultation, coaching, and professional support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
  • Engage in regular progress monitoring, thorough data analysis, and accurate documentation of intervention outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with IEP teams and participate in meetings to ensure student goals are met
