Licensed Middle School Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Durham, NC

Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to accurately identify student needs
• Develop and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) customized for individual students
• Offer ongoing consultation and coaching for teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff, promoting best practices for behavioral support
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and maintain thorough documentation to ensure compliance and effective intervention
• Work closely with IEP teams, participating in meetings and contributing your behavioral expertise to student plans
