Key Qualifications:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to guide individualized supports
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to student needs
  • Provide consultation and hands-on coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Track progress through data collection, analysis, and thorough documentation
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, attending meetings and contributing valuable behavioral insights
  • Adapt to diverse caseloads, ensuring equitable support across various grade levels
