The position offers 35 consistent hours per week, with daily hours from 8:15am to 3:45pm, running from August 24, 2025, through June 10, 2026. While you may visit a range of school sites, your schedule will be thoughtfully crafted, and you’ll have the support you need for a successful year.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania BCBA certification or PA Licensure as a Behavior Specialist required
• Experience working with school-age children, especially at the elementary level
• Ability to thrive in varied settings and adapt to a flexible, multi-site schedule
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based intervention

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for students in elementary settings
• Provide training and support to instructional staff regarding behavioral strategies
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and guide interventions
• Consult with parents, teachers, and administrators to promote positive behavioral outcomes
• Rotate among selected elementary schools to address student needs where most essential
