What You'll Do:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop data-driven intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate regularly with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement and monitor behavior intervention programs.
• Provide on-site and virtual consultation, training, and ongoing support to instructional staff to promote best practices.
• Analyze and interpret behavioral data for progress monitoring and decision-making.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive school culture that values inclusivity and student growth.

What We Seek:

• Active BCBA certification and experience delivering services in a school setting.
• Thorough understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and implementation.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and families.
• Adept at managing caseloads and adapting to shifting referral priorities.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to balance multiple tasks in a busy school environment.
• Flexibility to meet virtually or in-person as required.
