Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience providing behavioral support in school settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with students across Grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
• Deep understanding of functional behavior assessments and individualized intervention planning
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop evidence-based behavioral intervention plans
• Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to implement strategies and monitor progress
• Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavior management techniques
• Collect and analyze data to adjust interventions as needed
• Support the implementation of IEPs and participate in related meetings
