Grades 6 - 8 Grades 9 - 12 Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Easton, PA

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with grades K-12. This full-time, contract position offers the chance to collaborate with educators and families to support student success. You’ll work five days a week during standard school hours, providing direct behavioral services, conducting assessments, and supporting various age groups—from elementary through high school.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with the behavioral needs of students across grades K-12 (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments for students in grades K–12
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans and data collection systems
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and support staff
• Deliver training and consultation to school personnel and caregivers
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies to meet student needs
• Provide direct support and crisis intervention as needed
