Apply NowA full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across various grade levels in a school setting located in Easton, PA. This role focuses on delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions and supports to students in grades K-12, including elementary (K-5), middle (6-8), and high school (9-12) populations. The position operates on a contract basis during standard school hours, five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, design, and implement individualized behavior intervention plans in collaboration with educators and families.
- Monitor student progress and modify interventions as needed to ensure effectiveness.
- Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavioral strategies and data collection.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary efforts for student success.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
